Vic really isn't known for his "common sense." I'm not surprised at all to see he isn't answering his emails - he either doesn't actually have any of the chips he's offering to trade, or he's intentionally trolling for attention. Why he'd be looking for the kind of attention that drags his character through the mud is anyone's guess.
