I would be care with that Mustek scanner. It works OK with Windows ME but I had it destroy a computer with XP on it. Had to reformat the HD since it interferred with some of the windows software. That said I bought my new scanner a year or so ago at one of the office supply stores for $19 after rebates. It works as well as the $500 versions.
