The Detroit Free Press and the Detroit News both report that the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians are opposing the sale of the MGM Grand casino in Detroit. What I don't understand is the tribe sued the City of Detroit, the Michigan Gaming Control Board, the three casinos, Greektown, MGM Grand and MotorCity, they went through months of legal maneuvers and in the end they settled for a pay-off from the three casinos and yet they still are b*tching and moaning about the three Detroit casinos. What the hell else do they want? They already own a casino in Watersmeet.

Also, from what has been reported in the news, since this whole lawsuit nonsense was started it is very likely that the three casino owners will not be able to build their permanent casinos for at least a decade.
