As some may know I am working on a California Native American publication, a memorial for my late son.

For the second edition I am trying to include a map of California showing the location of their casinos.

I have the map in .jpg format but do not know how to enter text onto the map. Suspect there is some sort of overlay or the like.

Any assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
