They pulled a fast one this year. At the stroke of Midnight, they passed out these "lucky envelopes" to everyone that was currently playing in the Casino. Most people I talked with received FOUR $5 Year of the Rooster Chips. The Higher Limit areas received the $5s and $25s.

I talked with the Cashier in the Asian area and she said about 1/2 of the envelopes were given away last night.

They normally "Salt" these new chips into the Dealers Chips, but this year they tried something new. Most people went homw with the chips, the exception being the ones that didn't find them so lucky LOL

I searched the casino for three hours and only ended up with a few. I have three different cages that will save all the Rooster Chips in the coming week, and I'll make another trip a week from now. I'm confident that I can get chips for anyone that wants them, but it's tooo new now...have to give it some time.
