My worst weather day was in December about 20 years ago. Had to work all day then Christmas party at a bar. As I was deciding to leave about 10:00 PM my car wouldn't start. First car didn't have a strong enough battery to get me going - it took an old beater with a huge battery. Finally got the car going and had to drive home from Kenosha to Milwaukee which is about 50 miles. What made it my worst day? Actual temperature was -24 degrees with a 30-35 MPH wind and it was 11:00 PM with no one on the roads. Weatherman said something like -110 degree wind chill factor. If the engine had died for any reason they would have found me frozen like a popsicle. I have never been more scared than on that drive home.
