I usually don't like to discuss negatve things, especially on this board where things can get blown out of proportion easily. But since you have brought this to the attention of the board, here is my response.

I am running private auctions because I have been informed by numerous customers that people are trying to sell them chips that they lost out on when they bid too low. I always start my auctions at lower than market price and thus take a risk. Many times some chips sell well below value. Oh well, on the other hand, I realize that some close high and the averages seem to balance things out.

So, given the risks I have taken, I believe that I have that option (2nd chance offers) as the lister and I am convinced these people have ruined many of my 2nd chance offers. I have explained this to anyone who has asked and told them that if they win an auction, upon request I would send them the 2nd chance list. I don't have access to the regular bidder list any more than anyone has.

Finally, I have decided to not run private auctions on the Non Nevadas and strikes and dice now because I feel these items are not as susceptible to the problem described above.
