The seller built it for himself and then decided to sell it to make some money. He charged me $250 for delivery and setup. He traveled a long distance (like 13 hours each way). It was $2700 total including delivery/setup plus the cost of the layout which was not expensive ... I think less than $150. I have 3 other mint HR BJ layouts ... the Leopard Girls, Purple Guiatar, and Mondo Tiki.

The seller told me me he had put around $1,700 in materials into it and more "hours" into building it than he cared to think about.

I think it was a fair deal. It has alot of finished shelfs on the back side.
