In Germany the croupiers simply ask the players at the table: "Who is the winner on number 32?"
Then you raise your hand and get the winnings.
That works fine. Only one time I saw that someone tries to fool another player.
If that happens, the casino check the videotape of the table.
It only took some minutes to solve the problem.
