I don't slot cards but the few I have picked up from casino's I have visited are all blanks. That is aside from my personal player card ofcourse
You mentioned who's name? With the right connections you can get any name put on a card that you want.
Look at ebay, it seems more often than not there is a Mickey Mantle card or a Joe Dimaggio card for sale. Yeah, I'm sure they are real
Might as well have Abe Lincoln's or King Louis the XIV's name on the cards.
