I don't care if what you is selling is desirable or not. Unrequested commercial emails are SPAM. You may think that you are somehow above this, but you are not. What you are doing is sending SPAM.

You take exception to my saying that you shouldn't send SPAM. You don't like being told what to do. Well if you send SPAM you are going to have to get used to it because that is what you will hear from most people.

You know that if you had been nice about this and just apologized to Mr. Feavel in the first place, this would be a dead issue. Instead your being stubborn is going to destroy your business. Who is going to want to deal with you now?
