Check again, if its like the rest of them its a clay/plastic injection molded chip made at GGS/RT Plastics. Its the old Ewing mold.
Lots of stories about them. I'm sure they were used in LV for a promotion, maybe a gambling school for customers. I have 3 different black ones.
