Answer... No. There is time and effort involved in gathering chips from casinos. People normally sell current $1 chips for at least twice face value.

Question... Do you think that anyone would go through the trouble of amassing 65 house chips to, in essence, trade them for face value in cash?

Answer... Of course not. Why would they?

Answer... I can't imagine a scenario where ANYONE would be interested in this. I think it's a ludicrous proposition.
