OK then I will say it. I don't know the numbers but a MAJORITY of ebay sellers pad the s/h to cover all costs plus a little overage just in case. Many over rate the item, many mislead, some lie, a few even use shills to bid up their items. There are honest sellers out there but they are so diluted by the ones who want to make 'this month's light bill' on a single sale. To top that off a majority won't even leave you feedback after you buy from them. So, as a whole when shopping on ebay the buyer must be very wary and read the fine print. The buyer takes all the risks too.

Again many sellers are good, but they are diluted by people gouging and others that their honesty is in the grey area.
