Burt,

After several years of housing chips in boxes and binders, and not having the time to go through thousands of chips in order to appreciate what I have accumulated, I made the decision to frame what I could. I have framed hundreds of roulette chips (my next picture, when I hang them), and they have held up better than those that have been boxed or in binders. I keep them out of direct sunlight, and the glass seems to protect them from other outside elements. I want to see my collection every day, and not bury them somewhere where I can’t enjoy their beauty. As far as security is concerned, it may not be the most prudent thing to do, but my enjoyment outweighs the slim risk. To each his own……………… grin
