I have seen the silver ones before. A guy try to sell me about 10 mixed brass and silver ones at the Fiesta in the late 90's. I passed as he wanted too much. I know he sold them into the hobby but have forgotten who bought them.
IMO, they would not be put on tables.
VIP gifts and or gift shop items.
That does not detract from it being a desirable collectable item, IMO.
