Nope, if I got any, it would be a set of three.
I've had my party with 5,000 Chipco chips, selling them one at a time for seven years. I finally found a buyer at about 10c a chip more than I paid, not including shipping (which I gave him free) and driving and whatever other expense I incured, so was real happy to break even or lose money, just to get my cash back.
I looked at the postal scale in the office. Don't know what the basic rate for USPS is for 3 pounds postage, but usually I just hop over to the UPS store for a number of reasons. "free" insurance, computer tracking, signed for delivery and confidence that the package will get there.
The point is, don't forget that 100 chips weigh about 2 1/2 pounds, which means they aren't cheap to ship and that expense is something to consider.
I was on a ten day vacation in Scotland, I mailed home postcards the second day. I got home before the postcards. So much for mail "service" in GB
