This is the age-old debate about who actually owns the chips. I've worried for several years, probably because I'm paranoid, about the convention being raided and all chips being confiscated. I've heard from some very knowledgable collectors that it would never happen, but that it certainly could legally speaking. So I've always wondered. I'd love to hear feedback, but no one likes this subject.
