You take a 2 x 4 and slice a notch 1/4" deep, on the side, with a table saw. Then you can put the cardboards chips in the groove and plunk away.

Usually the ones I find aren't in as good condition as yours and I do find them by the bag full or coffee can full at rummage sales.
