If you look at all the feedback Ken has you will see that he has been involved in a great many transactions with very few problems (all of which are the s&h issue). If he had only had a few transactions I might be inclined to agree with you (except that after Ken posted his version I believe he was in the right).

As to us being friends . . . I never take this stuff personally.
