Sure it's easy

Value is based on demand. As in how many people want a $500 chip from Downtown Jean Nevada? Then the price of the auction will jump in the last seconds of there are any motivated snipers.

I'd say, put the chips on your watch list and see what they finally go for.

If the seller has 20 of these, as hinted, the top price will be in the first few sales and after that it will drop off with each sale, until there are no more interested buyers.

Or if there are 20, hypothetical number, people who really want a $500 chip from Jean Nevada, then they will all go for around the price of the first sale.

Looks like some interesting chips.

The * no market means no one has been selling them, so it's an estimated value. Also Any $500 chip that can still be cashed in or picked up from the casino, will be a "W" chip, which is what this one is listed as in TCR, base value for a live $500 casino chip.

Did that make any sense? The chip is listed in TCR at Face Value which is likely to adjust now that they are out on the collectors market.

(my opinions, which I encorage opposing or agreeing viewpoints to jump right in)
