You won't get the 100 chips because your base premise is faulted. You believe that everyone has a price and that is not true. Second, no one likes to see anyone corner the market on anything. Third, your goal is driven by a motive that is in conflict with everything that collecting is supposed to be about. Fourth, what are you going to do after you have spent a large amount of money for an unrealistic goal and then don't reach it? BTW, you posted that a car is involved, you didn't mention what it will cost you if you lose the bet?
