Supervisors and middle managers are being paid for extra work. We in the management team are not. But our role as management is to keep our business operating as best we can regardless of the hours we put in. I was working 10-12 hours a day before the strike, so in fairness, this is not that many additional hours.

I do hope this ends soon as there are no winners, the people on the line are losing money by not working, despite getting $300 per week if they picket from the union, and the casinos revenues are down as well, along with local businesses, and as Chuck noted, the disruption of employees pitching in the extra hours and finally the perception of our guests who are shouted at coming to and from the casino, plus any inconveniences they may encounter.
