Capt Banjo goes way beyond his duty vbg

We have had some discussion on this board about a time limit on a seller's obligation to correct a problem that arises on a sale. I just had to make this post because Capt. Banjo just went way beyond any duty I can imagine, and corrected a problem that occured on an e-bay auction I won in March 2003 when I first started collecting chips, that he wasn't even aware of!!! I spotted another auction of his for the same chip, and e-mailed him with a question about the chip, and the old auction came up (I was irritable that day). He suggested a trade of a better condition chip for the original chip, and, he threw in a couple of extra chips to boot, at least two of which were obsolete!! WOW!!! I told him I was just happy with an acknowledgement that the problem occured, and I was satisfied, but he worked out a tremendous solution anyway. Well, he is tops in my book, along with several other chippers who have gone the extra mile. Thank you all and thank you Jim (Capt.)!!
