Yes there are some that are corrupt but that doesn't mean they all are. What evidence do you have that all are corrupt? That is just like saying all democrats are liberals or all republicans are right wing nut jobs.

I am very happy that you are able to negotiate your own employment contracts. Most folks don't have that luxury though and that is where the union comes in.
