Circus-Circus Enterprises did a promotion in conjunction with the Daily Form. If you bought the Daily Form at the sports book you were given a 2 NCV, which could then be used to make a $2 wager. (I am not sure if this was a match wager or a complete $2 wager.)

The Excalibur actually had two different versions, one is marked "Twin-Q Only" and the other is as you have scanned.

I am looking for the Circus-Circus version (if you have a trader) and I did not know about the Luxor version. It appears to be cancelled, but I'd be interested anyway, if it is available.

BTW-The promotion is over, the chips are no longer accepted at the sports book and lastly, the Edgewater (Laughlin) had a colorfull Chipco version for the same purpose. I have that (and a trader) that I'd be willing to use for the ones I do not have.
