L.V. Review/Journal report on what the big players MGM & HARRAH'S said at the EXPO regarding states that are imposing huge tax increases. I suspect that the Illinois Governor cares less about income than about his moralistic anti-gambling view. But if not the anti-gamblers can find no better bed mates than some state legislators.
