The chips with the same cool Cowboy logo were all made in the 1960's. According to Kling's book, Crumbley Hotel's became the majority stock holder of the Holiday in July 1960. Newt Crumbely originally held 45% ownership when the Holiday opened in 1956. He was killed in an airplane crash in Elko in February 1962. Four months later his widow sold their stake in the Holiday.
