Funny no takers on the Cash for Chips.

Lets see...

A. Don't have the Chips I need.
B. Have the chips but don't want to sell them.
C. Have the chips but can't figure out the "Goldmine" or the "Coalmine" thing.
D. Don't want the Million Dollars in Lottery Tickets for the chips.
E. ?????????????
