OK, so given the obvious, no paper trail and it is easier to send a chip and get another but, if you sell a chip for what it will cost to buy another you want, what is the problem?
New Chippers do not have many traders and have to buy most of what they want. So for those who trade only, please reconsider. Isn't helping others part of wht this hobby is all about?
