Jim, there are a few errors in your reply that I would like to comment on. I owned the Busted Flush Casino, and designed all the Busted Flush Chips. I purchased all 300 of the Grand Opening Chips as sole owner. I sold half interest in the casino to Frank Fox as a non operating partner. I wanted to have a small set of chips made to use only on Friday nights when I spread a very nice $20-$40 game. I ran 2- $4-$8 games as feeder games. Frank didnt feel that we need the #2.50 chips or the $10 chips, so I agreed to pay for them alone and we split the cost for the $1, $5 and $25. The chips were indeed put in play. They were used on Friday nights only for about 2 months. When I sold the other half interest to Frank and I retired, I kept what was left of the $2.50 and $10.00 chips. I also kept half of the remaining $1, $5 and $25. Many chips walked off during that 2 months. The chips Frank kept were never used again. He would just sell them as a set to collectors if they played for 2 hours. Frank purchased a set of four non-denom chips,100 each in quantity to give to high-rollers. The last $25 Busted Flush chip I sold went for $50.
