The toughest decision I had to make yesterday was who do I hug first 2 of the three kids or the dog.

Seriously, now we have to work on your diet, I don't want to see anyone I know go through this.
Again, the great feeling was waking up in intenstive care. I knew at that point I was on the road to recovery.
