I guess it was over a year ago when Paul Hegge emailed me a clip from a newspaper with a short article and a picture of this note. I have been looking to acquire one since. This is one of those ODD notes that are “kind of” money depending on whose eyes are looking at it. It falls into the category of the notes from countries (4~5 of them) that have no land, and another in the South Pacific that only exist during low tide (believe it or not several businesses give it as there home address. The 10 Raam is their largest note and the exchange rate is $100.00 USD Fixed as stated. It is NOT on any currency exchange tables, nor is it in any collectors catalogues. It is ‘similar’ to a fantasy chip but it can possibly be used as currency in a very limited way. Enjoy!
