8 Casino names on 1 chip from CHIP CHAT

On page 20 of the September, 2004 issue of CHIP CHAT, you will see a picture of one of these chips. As always, CHIP CHAT provides some real interesting information. An unusual mold, with 8 different casino names on each chip (4 on each side). This is an injection molded plastic poker chip that was not used by any casino. The question "Who knows the reason why these chips were manufactured"? is raised in CHIP CHAT. I can provide some information about these "odd balls". Sometime in the late 1970's - early 1980's these chips (in the 3 colors shown) were sold in Las Vegas gift shops as "Official Casino Gaming Chips". The original packing also contains the information: Las Vegas West, San Diego, California. The chips were sold new without any inlay/sticker on them. I have the complete set of 3 different colored chips FOR SALE at $6 per set, no additional charge for shipping (Paypal accepted). My chips all show some slight use and do not have a sticker on them as the chip shown in CHIP CHAT does.
