This conversation below is with a friend of mine in Florida. I thought it would be interesting to read because our prayers do count. I know some body posted prayers yesterday but you can never pray to much or for to many. I did get her permission to copy it.

Grandmastcb: everything & I mean everything from screen patio is in my little 1 car garage (of course not a car) lol all furniture, floats, bbq, coolers, tables are all piled in garage
Gojuliebrown: when do they expect it to come through
Grandmastcb: very early morning
Grandmastcb: i HAVE to get hurricane shutters, hopefully we all will survive this with no broken windows, but dam those shutters are probably expensive
Grandmastcb: lmao what i lost in vegas i probably could have gotten them lololololololol

Grandmastcb: been through a lot of small ones in the 30yrs im here but this one scares me, we can only pray for the best
Grandmastcb: neighbor across the street has 2 very very tall trees & each time we go through this i pray they dont come down on the house, the cars, who cares, but not my house

Grandmastcb: yes, the local news is keeping us updates every 2 hrs
Grandmastcb: lots of rain & wind can start tonight but actual hurricane will be will very early am
Gojuliebrown: I will pray for your safety my friend and for all of your family too.
Grandmastcb: oh ty my friend i do appreciate it
Grandmastcb: i'm at the point where if i lost my screening, so be it, but i pray no broken windows & doors, that i worry about
Grandmastcb: when the county, state & federal folks close down 2 days ahead of a hurricane you have to worry, usually we were always told to leave work just hrs before, so if u read inbetween the lines (lol) its gonna be a big one
Grandmastcb: they just announced the hurricane is not gonna be a 4 hrs storm, it will probably last 22-24 hrs omg
