They will honor the rate Sept 3 through September 6, 2004. The Hotel is locally owned by a Louisville Family along with the GALT HOUSE and the Executive INN directly across the street. We will not benefit by their total renovation that will be completed in MAY 2005, but you will be satisfied I believe for the price. Ask for a balcony room.

Here is how we pay for the room and charge no one for tables or chairs or table covers.
Every entrant, except children, will pay $10.00 and be given two $5.00 chips to be used for food or beverages in the DRINKWATER room. A cash bar will be set up and BOX LUNCH will be available.

Nothing real fancy, just trying to be fair with the hotel.
No refunds of change for the chips.

If you need to buy The children some food or drinks, please purchase chips from us as we need to hit certain limits to avoid bartender fees.

The hotel is working with us on this as a jester of possible future business. That is when we might plan a whole show with plenty of notice.

Dealers, traders, buyers will be able to enter the room at exactly 3 PM. Remember only what you can carry or one 2 wheel dolly but limited to what you can get on one 6 foot table.
