I really don't know enough about the subject to be commenting on it, and certainly don't want to raise even more controversy.

I have never participated in any graded cards or chips and would never care to do so. I was just making a comment that it was a common practice in a different, but similar hobby.

I still feel that such an endeavor would fall flat due to lack of demand. Chippers are much smarter than the card people, and with the great technology of good digital pics and collector knowledge, I don't think there is a place nor a need for it in our hobby.
