I would never take anyone off the list unless they asked. Some people are getting knocked off the list because of bounces. I asked List Builder (who I use) about it & they sent me what you see below. You might want to check with your mail server to make sure that they are not blocking my E-Mails from List Builder or kicking them back for any reason. Andy - Las Vegas

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Small Business Center on why some of your subscribers were removed due to bounces.

They were removed from your list because they were not receiving your newsletters due to one of the following reasons:

- The recipient’s mail server is experiencing temporary problems.
- The recipient’s mail server is blocking all incoming e-mail from List Builder.
- The recipient’s mailbox is full.
- The recipient’s Internet Service Provider (ISP) is filtering incoming e-mail.

When your e-mail was first sent out to your list, it bounced to some of your subscribers. Our system will then try to send it again to them. However, if the email continues to bounce, they will be removed from your mailing list.

Please ask your subscribers to contact their ISP to make sure that they are not filtering e-mail from List Builder (lb.bcentral.com). You may also suggest that they re-subscribe to your list using e-mail addresses from a different domain.
