Why sell the nice, new Harrahs Tunica and keep Caesars Sheraton which is a small dive? Maybe each company has to divest two casinos to get approval. Only thing that makes sense to me. I guess that would also allow cross trafic between Sheraton and Horseshoe. But sheraton is still a dive.
