A chip should be described as accurately as possible.

Now if a chip was described as an "S" rated chip but was actually an "L", then yes I would be happy If I bought it for $10. So what. The chip was not accurately described. I lucked out and paid $10. A newbie could just as easily have gotten screwed and paid $200. Whatever the chip sold for is irrelavent to the fact that the seller was unethical in his auction.
