I was fortunate to again win a First Place Prize at the ANA Convention in Pitsburgh, PA last week. My Exhibit displayed all of the Slot Machine Tokens that had been used in all the Atlantic City Casino from 1978 - 2003 in the denominations from 10 cents to $25.00. Also displayed were several unique miscellaneous tokens and exaples of TITO's from all 12 Atlantic City Casinos. The Exhibit which contained over 225 Tokens was housed in 7 show cases.

This is the 2nd tear in a row that I have won the First prize award in the Casino Chips and Tokens category. I was disappointed that my Exhibit was the only one in the Chip and Token category. I would have like to have had some competition. My average score from the 3 judges was 86 out of a possible 100 points. This is almost exactly the same score I recieved in 2003.

I am already planning to put together another Exhibit at the 2005 ANA. I would hope that there will be other Chip and Token collectors who take the time and effort to put together Exhibits for the 2005 ANA Convention. Putting exhibits in the ANA helps to showcase and promote the Hobby of Chip and Token collecting.
