The reason people want Uncirculated chips is for the resale and they look better. One day everybody will have to sell there chips or there kids will sell there chips. So if I had the option of buying a mint chip or a chip with some ware or a couple tiny little chips I want the Mint one just like anyone else.I have this same problem on eBay. I sold some HR chips that with out looking with a magnifying glass it looks uncirculated to me. Some people do look real close and they will return them and the seller is out the shipping. I will only buy LEs if there are uncirculated.I try to get obsolete Rack chip as close to new also. They are more desirable. If you had a choice you would take the better one too. I collect Obsolete Atlantic City chips and sometimes you cant get the chip unused so you take what you can get.Just My thought. Thanks for reading this.
