I thought the NCV baccarrat sounded a little strange as well. They come from the estate of a Sands Baccarrat Pit Boss, So I'm assuming they are genuine. He worked there from approximately '66 to '86. So that's as close as I can pinpoint the dates. I'm assuming they were probably towards the end of that period.

My only thoughts would be if they had done some sort of how to play seminar like they do at the craps tables sometime.
