Why does ebay allow sellers, to sell for 1¢ and charge $20.00 shipping?
There are many power sellers like this.

Hello Jim,

Although eBay allows sellers to charge what they must for shipping, there are limits to what is allowed. If you have specific examples, you should report them directly to eBay Trust & Safety by clicking the Help link on the top of any eBay page and then clicking the link for Contact Us. Select the appropriate topics and send a report of the item to eBay.

regards,

Griff
