They are selling the chips at the gift shop ($13)and are all notched. I asked the question of why they are notched and her answer is that "that way they cannot be used again". Which of course I answer - well wouldnt the date on the chip take care of that?

But alas, she was just the gift shop manager not the person notching the chips so I just bought one and went on my way.
