Oceanside Card Club closed. Licensee went into
business with Commerace Club owner and former owner of Jerry Place in Oceanside to open Oceans Eleven Casino in Oceanside.

Yours fact are partially correct Ken. It is true that Dan, Haig and one other person (I can't recall his name at the moment) rebuilt the old bowling alley in Oceanside and opened up under the name of Ocean's 11---but it had absolutely nothing to do with Len Miller,who owned the Oceanside Card Club. As a matter of fact, the Oceanside card club kept open for about a year after the opening of Oceans 11 but could just never recover from the loss of all it's patrons.

I don't know about the status of the license but I do know that the owner's of Ocean 11 didn't get it.
