There are no countries that use the Euro Dollar.
The Euro Dollar was a 'synthetic' currency for trading purposes created by the Bundesbank prior to the ECU based on Mark/Dollar cross rates.

I wonder what the Euro will be called next It was ECU (Euopean currency unit) and then EMU (European monetary unit) before it went to print as 'EURO'. My guess is the first two descriptions were too complex for most politicians to say
