The regular NFL season is fast approaching. So, if you want to play this year, it’s time to get our act together. Contest will run through the entire regular NFL season. ( 17 weeks )

I’ll be setting up two leagues this year. Mayby three. I’ll be using Yahoo again since they are the only "free" host left that I can find. Each league will consist of 12 teams. (May vary. ) (1 chipper = 1 team ) Format will be head-to-head competition in both leagues. You have a choice of entering either the “Auto Draft” league or the “Live on-line Draft” league. I’ll need 7, 9 or 11 chippers for each league. Below is a brief explanation of how each league differs. Choose the one that best suits your desire.

“LIVE on-line DRAFT” League: I’ve had quite a bit of interest, so thought I’d give it a shot this year. This can be a lot of fun, but you need to make a commitment of your time to make it work. You MUST be available, ready and in front of your computer at the designated date and time. You MUST have a Java-enabled browser in order to participate. You MUST, if all managers are in the draft room, allow approx. four (4) hours to complete the draft. If you don’t have the time to commit to this type of draft, but you still want to play, then by all means, choose the automated draft. DATE & TIME of the on-line draft will be: 29 Aug., 2004 7:30am PDT. Looks like some of us may have to miss church.

“AUTOPICK DRAFT” League: All you need to do to play in this league is register with your team name. Your players will be automatically picked for you.

“WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO PLAY: (1) $5.00 chip (1) $2.50 chip (1) $1.00 chip (all current casino chips) and (2) of any other chip. ( $0.25/NCV/UFC etc. )

“WINNERS”:
1st place receives a $5.00 current casino chip from all other managers.
2nd place receives a $2.50 current casino chip from all other managers.
3rd place receives a $1.00 current casino chip from all other managers.
4th place receives (2) of any chip. ( fractional/NCV/UFC etc.) from all other managers.

LMK which league you would prefer to join. After I get everyone together and separated, I’ll send emails with instructions, league IDs, passwords, team set-ups, etc.
