I ordered 600 paulson chips off ebay the other week. Stated shipping was $50. I get the chips today [after 8 shipping days] and they were sent parcel post, postmarked for $8.97. I sent a pissy email to the seller, who claimed that additional packaging costs and "gas" necessitated the higher cost of shipping. Disgusting.. But yeah, this is to simply avoid ebay auction closing fees. Fraudulent, but crafty.
