I don't like it when someone steals one of my scans. It takes too long to make them look nice.

Different story. Here I agree with you. Stealing bandwidwth may affect your ability to view your own website. When I sold some coins a while back I was occasionally shut down for exceeding my bandwidth limits.

I was using gigantic scans in order to reveal any flaws in the coins I was selling.
